Heritage Point is a caring community. CAN is a group of neighborhood volunteers who provide assistance when a neighbor needs a little help. There is never a charge, and volunteers are happy to help. They make companionship visits, help with indoor and outdoor household needs, and solve computer and phone technology challenges.
