Court Hours and Access:
Courts are open for play between 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM unless otherwise posted. Use outside these hours is prohibited.
Access is granted via a fob system. Please use the same fob you were issued for the pool. (If you experience any issues with your fob or need a replacement, please notify the HOA at heritagepointraleigh@gmail.com. Please include the serial number on the back of your fob if known.)
Resident & Guest Use:
Courts are for the exclusive use of Heritage Point residents and their guests.
Residents must accompany their guests at all times.
Court Reservations & Time Limits:
Courts may be reserved in advance. Use the button above to reserve the courts.
Unreserved play is first-come, first-served.
When others are waiting to use the courts, please respect the following time limits:
Singles: 1-hour limit
Doubles: 1.5-hour limit
Proper Attire:
Tennis shoes with non-marking outsoles are required.
Appropriate athletic attire must be worn at all times.
Court Etiquette:
Refrain from playing loud music, yelling, or engaging in other disruptive behavior.
Wait for a point to finish before entering or crossing a court.
Dispose of trash, recycling, and used tennis balls properly.
Court Use Restrictions:
Courts are for tennis or pickleball only.
No pets are allowed inside the fenced area.
No skateboards, scooters, tricycles, bikes, rollerblades, or other wheeled recreational equipment permitted inside the fenced area. Strollers and medically-necessary conveyances such as wheelchairs are permitted.
No food or glass containers allowed inside the fenced area.
No drinks within the playing area. Drinks are to be kept outside the court lines.
Keep the pickleball nets unlocked so they don't blow over.
If there's a known storm coming, please push the pickleball nets up against the fence when you are done playing.
Supervision & Safety:
Children under 12 years of age must be supervised by an adult.
Immediately report any damage or maintenance issues to the HOA (heritagepointraleigh@gmail.com) and/or Sentry Management (abrewster@sentrymgt.com)
Prohibited Activities:
Smoking, vaping, illegal drug use, and alcohol consumption is not allowed on or near the courts.
Lights:
Court lights are available. Residents must turn them on at the box by the entrance gate.
Please turn off lights when leaving.
Violations & Enforcement:
Violations may result in loss of court privileges.
Repeated violations may be subject to fines per HOA policies.
